I made these yesterday. I dyed the paper with coffee and strung them on string. They're attached to a screen door we 'rescued' from my mom and dad's house.

I made this today. I used cardboard box material with cut outs and an old earring.

I'm still working on this collage - I don't think I'll tackle anything this big again.

Well, there you have it - - - I don't really like it any more. I knew I'd do it...I added too much and it's getting ugly. Why can't I leave it alone???
Okay, I'll be working on it again tomorrow. Maybe if I add waaaaaay too much, it might be okay.

New Collage

Working on a new collage but trying to take it a little slower. Things in it will be changing and hopefully not be ruined in the process.
I've already altered it - adding a paper doll where the 'bird' is. I'll post another photo tomorrow.

What to do Today!

I need inspiration! I feel like creating something - but what?? I need art supplies - canvases, paint, glue, buttons......maybe, I can use 'other' mediums for canvas?? I've got cardboard, old slate shingles...Mike has stuff in the shed. Okay, it's not as bad as it seemed a few seconds ago. I still need good glue. I also need to learn how to make paper mache (sp.?).

I'll begin my next project and post pictures - oh, I need new batteries for my camera.....:)

TJ's Playhouse

Simon made a playhouse for TJ out of the box my recliner came in. He loves it.
By the way, in small print, the sign above the door says 'no girls allowed'.
